AS Roma has completely scrapped plans for an Asian tour prepared as part of this summer’s pre-season. The two friendly matches in Korea were canceled first, and the friendly match in Singapore was also canceled. 

Roma, led by José Mourinho, were scheduled to play pre-season matches in South Korea and Singapore this summer. Ahead of the new season, the plan was to improve the performance of the players through team training and friendly matches.

However, the schedule in Korea was canceled first. Roma were scheduled to face Wolverhampton Wanderers and Incheon United on 29 July and 1 August respectively. However, the contract was canceled because the organizers did not pay the promised funds.

Roma hurriedly looked for other alternatives, but was unsuccessful. In the end, Roma canceled their friendly against Tottenham Hotspur in Singapore on July 26 at the ‘Singapore Festival of Football’.
